It was a good dinner with friends after a golf game. As usual, a bottle of whiskey was brought along to be polished off with the meal. This time, it wasn’t the usual single malt but blended whiskey instead, Old Parr.
The bottle was very pretty with stained glass features and we talked about creating art on the bottle. I decided to take the bottle home and put my creativity to some good use.
The next evening, creativity kicked in and soon I had a sketch and a plan. I showed the girls and asked them what colors should I use?
Both chorused, “Fifty shades of grey!”
Goodness! Even children know about this book. No, I did not buy nor thought about buying the book to read. Back to my art, I felt fifty shades of grey was too much and decided on it being bright and colorful.
Stay tuned for the final result of my efforts, that is, if I can continue with this sudden interest instead of constantly working on Farm Heroes, Candy Crush and Zookeeper Battle.
